All of Boylan Farms rose varieties are specially selected for the Midwest climate of cold, windy winters and hot - humid summers.  All of our rose bush and berries are selections that are winter hardy to Zone 4 and some even to Zone 3 -with very few exceptions.

We focus on hardy roses that are naturally disease resistant, easy to care for, and have excellent winter hardiness. All primarily own-root, and always #1 grade rose bushes.

Quality Starts at the Roots!

The Boylan Farms roses that you will find at your local nursery center have been potted in a tall 3 gallon containers. This gives our roses a great advantage.  The shape of the pot allows the roots to grow much deeper than what you commonly find. This creates a rose that is stronger where it counts - at the roots!  All plants shipped in semi rooted state. Meaning no bare root  dried out twigs. Shipping is always the first of the week.
